At the heart of our work are three core values:

Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to officially reserve your session date and time. Once booked, your session is exclusively held for you and unavailable to other clients. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be applied toward your selected package total.

Session Experience

To ensure the best possible experience, we offer a pre-session phone consultation approximately 1–2 weeks before your session to discuss styling, vision, and details. For maternity sessions, we recommend scheduling between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy for the most flattering and comfortable experience. Our studio provides a curated client closet with gowns and accessories available in sizes XXS–XXL. Clients requiring larger sizing are kindly asked to bring their own wardrobe options. Please note that partner wardrobe is not provided. Hair and makeup services are not included, so we ask clients to arrive fully prepared for their session.



Image Delivery

Your proof gallery will be delivered within 24–72 hours after your session, allowing you to select your favorite images for professional editing and retouching. Final edited images are delivered within 10 business days after selections are made.

Need your portraits sooner? Rush editing is available for an additional fee. Additional retouching requests beyond the included edits are available at $50 per image.

RAW JPEG Gallery Option

For clients wishing to keep all unedited JPEG images from their session without watermarks, we offer a full gallery add-on for $150.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your session to ensure the best experience for all clients.

• A $50 late fee applies after 15 minutes.
• An additional $50 fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes of delay.
• Sessions may be canceled without refund if arrival exceeds 30 minutes without notice.

Important Notes

• Packages cannot be modified once booked.
• We highly recommend booking early if you require your images for a special event or deadline.
• While we would love to accommodate every inquiry, availability is limited and bookings are accepted based on schedule and project fit.
